Should I get this new job?My 2 aunts approved it except my present employer(my 3rd aunt).Any sound advice?

I am working as a cashier attendant in my eldest aunt's internet cafe after College w/ a degree in Business Administration.My aunt accepted me to fill the vacancy.Currently,i enjoy working as a cashier in the cafe even if we are paid less than minimum.I am happy here coz I have a wonderful co-worker,made many friends & less pressure bec. the owners are my relatives.I feel at home here.Then a bank teller job was offered to me & will be taking my exam tomorrow.But i am unsure to take this job coz I will miss many things & people i learned to love.If I quit here,my aunt(owner)will get upset at me since they trusted me so much.I'm afraid I might be disowned & totally be on my own.My 3 aunts(2 are abroad in US)paid to finish my college, apartment rent,water & electricity since my grandma is living with my unemployed dad & my mom left us.I feel I can't raise my dad on my own even if i have a bank teller job.If I would be able to pay for the bills,still might not be enough left for savings.
