Can I Make The Spaghetti Sauce In The Slow Cooker?

I do not have a lot of extra herbs to add to the sauce, but can I put a jar of Hunt's spaghetti sauce and a dash of herbs and make in the crock-pot for a few hours? Can I also add the spaghetti in the sauce now also, or do you still have to cook the pasta on the stove? I tend to like making spaghetti with the sauce mixed in, I am not a fan of adding it on top of the pasta because it tastes like it has not enough flavor, to me. Spam will be reported.
