How long does urine therapy take to work on eczema?

I was born with eczema (i'm 42) it has cleared from most of body but I'm left with it on my hands which is very painful. I am a sports and remedial therapist so have to put oil on my hands which thankfully doesn't seem to affect them. I was to be able to use a chinese cream which sadly has now been stopped by the goverment - although it contained no steriods. I've tried so many many creams and now in desperation am trying uring therapy.
