Is there anyone who could help me get my daughter and granddaughter back.?

My daughter and grandddaughter where reported missing and when the police found them they would not bring them home they told me that i had to go and get her. I have no car and 2 16 month old babies and no sitter they took her and my grandaughter back to the place where they found her and left her there.
