How to sight-read music with difficult key signatures?

Play technical work (scales, arpeggios and such) in all keys. That way, your brain will ociate the key signatures with particular sets of notes and hand positions. If you have trouble with reading the music, then play the technical work by reading rather than from memory, so that you also get the visual ociation. It will take time and patience, but it will be effective.
