Google Vs Viacom who will win and will google black list viacom?

When Google brought youtube they got protected from DMCA. Now with the lawsuit I have a feeling that Google will win because is smarter then Viacom. Google had gotten so many deals from different studios. Google I think will black list viacom because so many studios is making to much money off it. I seen channels from Disney to Fox to CBS to NBC and Music companys they made deals off of youtube. I think in the end all companies who had made so much money and have deals with youtube come in a defend them.
